what else?
Event- Any possible outcome of an experiment in probability.
Independent Events- Events whose outcomes do not influence each other.
Outcome- A possible result of an experiment.
Total Possible Outcome- All possible outcome for a given experiment.
Theoritical Probabiltity- The mathematical calculation that an event will happen in theory, what should happen.
Experimental Probability- The ratio of the numbers of times an outcome occurs to the total amount of trials performed.
Percent- A fraction or ratio in which the denominator is 100.
Examples:
1) What probaility of guessing the correct answer to a true-false question:

2) What is the theoretical probability of randomly pulling a red card from standard deck of 52 playing cards? Assume that the red cards are randomly distributed throughout the deck.
Express the probability as a fraction and percent.

3) A jar contains 11 black, 24 red, 25 orande, and pink marbles. A marble is drawn at random. Find P (orange or black). Express the probability as a fraction and percent.
Questions:
1) A number from 15 to 27 is drawn at random. P (a number divisible by 2).
2) If the probability of winning a particular card game are 1:3, abour how many times can you expect to win if you play the game one thousand times?
3) A bag contains red, blue, and yellow marbles. Determine a number of marbles of each color so that the probability of choosing a blue marble from this bag is less than 1/5. Explain why the probability is less than 1/5.
