Pythagoras
fisrt i will tell you about Pythagoras
Pythagoras is finding the missing side of a trinagle. It a mix of algebra and geometry
A = altidude )
B = bace ) ------ = makes the right a angle
C = hypotenus / longest side )
Finding C
the formual for finding C is
A2 + B2 = C2
so find the missing angle wiith this formula
A2+B2 =C2
(7x7) + (5x5)
49 + 25 = c2
74 = C2
8 = C
finding B
formula is B2 = C2 - A2
B2 = c2 - a2
(8x8) - (7x7)
B2 = 64 - 49
b2 = 15
B2 =
B = 3cm
