50% is 50/100 or 1/2 = TO FIND 50%, YOU CAN DIVIDE IT BY 2

10% IS 10/100 or 1/10 = TO FIND 10%, YOU CAN DIVIDE IT BY 10

25% 25 out of 100 or 25/100 = 1/4, TO FIND 25% YOU CAN DIVIDE BY 4

 

Convertion :

 

Percent --> Fraction

- %/100     89%     89/100

 

Percent --> Decimal

- percent number divided by 100

% ÷ 100

EXAMPLE : 89% ÷ 100  = .89

- numerator : denominator
