These are the Keywords:
Variable: a letter or symbol representing a quantity ( number )
Equation: an algebraic equation has only 1 answer.
Expressions: an algebraic expression has many answers.
* it shows a pattern
* exp. n+3 shows the pattern of a number increased by 3
HERE ARE THE EXAMPLES FROM THE KEYWORDS.
- this is a VARIABLE example
this is a EQUATION example.
These are the words that represents: +,/,x,-

You may be thinking, "what algebra is?"
WELL, we've got the answer.
Algebra is a branch of mathematics that uses mathematical statements to describe relationships between things that vary over time. These variables include things like the relationship between supply of an object and its price. When we use a mathematical statement to describe a relationship, we often use letters to represent the quantity that varies, since it is not a fixed amount. These letters and symbols are referred to as variables.
if you would like to study your learning about algebra, answer some of these questions:
1.)A rectangle field has a perimeter of 370 meters. The length of the field is 5 meters more than twice the width. Find the dimensions of the field.
- whaat did you get?
Answer.
TIP: When you rewrite: you should write how you got the answer, and always write you answer. exp. 370 = 370
and and. to divide usually the number that you are dividing the other number by it is below it. like a fraction sign.
NOW TRY THIS FOR YOURSELF:
1.) The grade eight class is selling oranges to raise money for their fundraiser. The students stack the oranges according to orders they have recieved. One student notices a pattern in the way the stacks are being buitl. The first three stacks look like this:
Complete a T - Chart for the first 6 stacks and generate for the pattern you notice.
BTW. HERE ARE SOME ALGEBRA TILES. THAT REPRESENTS A ALGEBRA DIAGRAM.
Here is a algebra diagram, it is solved for you already.
